Ahva Sadeghi is a passionate social entrepreneur and the Co-Founder and CEO of Symba, an award-winning and venture-backed tech startup using AI to onboard and empower new hires and emerging talent. Ahva is an economist and researcher focused on workforce development and economic mobility and using tech for good. Through Symba, Ahva has helped power over 18,000 new job opportunities from internships, apprenticeships at Fortune 500 companies like CVS Health and Roche and leading nonprofits.

Ahva’s been recognized as Forbes 30 Under 30 and Inc Magazine's Top 250 Female Founders of 2024. Ahva is a contributor to the Forbes Human Resources Council and has her very own podcast titled #OpenUpTheWorkforce. Ahva currently serves on the Board of America Succeeds and volunteers as a mentor for Students Rising Above.

Prior to launching Symba, Ahva worked at the US Department of State in the Human Rights Bureau and completed a civil rights fellowship with Congressman John Lewis in Atlanta. Ahva completed her graduate studies at the London School of Economics and received her BA from the University of Arizona Honors College. 

In her spare time, Ahva enjoys playing the cello and teaching yoga at CorePower.
