What is Horizons?
Horizons is the premier national platform for ideas and action to drive equitable economic advancement for all. The Horizons Summit is JFF’s flagship national event, where we reimagine the workforce and education landscape through inspiring conversations and interactive experiences with thought leaders in our fields.

When and where is the 2025 Horizons Summit?
The 2025 Horizons Summit will be held in New Orleans on Tuesday, June 10, and Wednesday, June 11.

What are the future dates and locations for the Horizons Summit?
2026: July 13–14 in Washington, DC

Is there a block of hotel rooms for attendees?
We have a block of rooms available for registered attendees. Once you have registered for the 2025 Horizons Summit, you will receive host hotel booking information.

Will meals be provided?
Meals will be provided at breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks on June 10-11. We will also host a summit reception on the evening of June 10.

How can I request accessibility accommodations or services at Horizons?
JFF strives to make Horizons event spaces accessible to everyone who wants to attend. Please visit our DEIBW page. Should you have additional questions or requests, please let us know how we can meet your access needs via email at horizons@jff.org.

I am registered, but I am not receiving emails. What can I do?
If you believe you have registered for Horizons and are not receiving emails, please email the Horizons planning team at horizons@jff.org with your information and registration confirmation email.

Will any sessions be recorded or livestreamed?
Content is not livestreamed. Select sessions are recorded from the main stage, breakouts, and our Candid Conversations stage, which will be available through our JFF YouTube channel and recorded sessions page following the event.

Yes, there will be media and photographers on site. Please see the terms and conditions required for registration below.

How do I register for Horizons?
Registration will open on December 2; check for details then.

How much does registration cost?
Registration prices will increase up to the Horizons Summit, please see the registration page for the current price.

Do you sell day passes?
We do not sell day passes or guest passes. Badges will be checked throughout the event and are required to attend events, sessions, and meals.

Can I bring a family member?
All attendees must be registered. We do not provide guest passes for family members.

Do you have a nonprofit discount?
Yes, we will have a limited number of nonprofit tickets. These will be $200 less than the current registration amount. Please see the registration page for more details.

Can I hold a spot for registration until I can pay?
We cannot hold spots for registrations. If you need time for approvals, please begin your process early.

How can I update my registration information?
Please use the “view or modify your registration” link in your registration confirmation email.
Horizons Code of Conduct
Jobs for the Future is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all participating in Horizons, the organization’s premier annual event.
Our goal is for this gathering to embody JFF’s culture of inclusion, which celebrates and equitably embraces diversity along multiple dimensions, including race, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, national origin, socioeconomic status, religion, ability, culture, and experience.
Accordingly, JFF wants to take every measure to ensure that Horizons supports free expression and the exchange of ideas while creating a positive, safe, and productive environment for all.
This code of conduct outlines expected behavior for all attendees and includes protocol to address any disruptions or emergencies.

Expected Behavior
- Behave in a courteous and professional manner
- Treat all participants with respect, dignity, and consideration, in the spirit of valuing a diversity of viewpoints and opinions
- Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative in your communication and actions
- Discuss differences and critique ideas in a non-confrontational manner with due regard for the viewpoints of others
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech
- Report inappropriate behaviors directed at yourself or others

Prohibited Behavior
Violations of this code include but are not limited to the following:
- Harassment—defined as unwelcome or offensive verbal, visual, or physical contact directed at any participant. This includes conduct, comments, or images that a person would reasonably find offensive, demeaning, or hostile.
- Sexual harassment—defined for purposes of this code to include unwelcome, unsolicited, and unreciprocated sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct or gesture of a sexual nature that has or that might reasonably be expected or be perceived to offend, humiliate, or intimidate another person
- Unruly or disruptive behavior—defined as actions that endanger the health or safety of yourself or others
- Discriminatory conduct based on race, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, age, national origin, disability, religion, marital status, veteran status, political affinity, or any other characteristic protected by law
- Deliberate intimidation, threatening, stalking, or following
- Sustained disruption of portions of the conference or event
- Invasion of privacy
- Actual or threatened pushing, shoving, or use of any physical force whatsoever against any person
- Possession or use of a weapon or any other item in a way that may cause danger to others
- Destruction, theft, dismantlement, defacement, abuse, or intentional misuse of any property, equipment, signage, or supplies belonging to Jobs for the Future, Horizons staff, the Marriott, exhibitors, or contracted vendors
- Failure to comply with directions of Horizons staff or Marriott personnel regarding operations or emergency response procedures
- Retaliation against participants for reporting activity that they reasonably believed to be in violation of this code
- Knowingly and falsely reporting violations of this code in bad faith
- Accessing restricted or ticketed areas without a proper ticket, pass and/or credential; misusing tickets, passes and/or credentials; presenting a false identification; or permitting other people to falsely present another participant’s identification as their own.
