Rebecca Biestman is the Chief Marketing Officer at Guild, America's leading talent development company. Prior to Guild, Rebecca held executive leadership positions across Marketing and Social Impact for technology companies, including Reputation, Dialpad, and Risk Management Solutions. Before moving into technology, Rebecca specialized in direct to consumer marketing in CPG and Retail, working for both Earth Essentials and Gap, Inc. (Gap Digital). Rebecca received both her undergraduate degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley and her MBA in Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility from UC Berkeley’s Walter A. Haas School of Business.
