Andrew McCaskill is a culture analyst, inclusion champion, and marketing executive. Before joining LinkedIn as a communications leader and Career Expert, he most recently led diversity & inclusion strategy for the global sales, marketing, and public affairs function at Facebook and U.S. consumer marketing and global communications at Nielsen. He is co-author of the award-winning Diverse Intelligence Series on the economic and cultural impact of multicultural consumers, delivers African American focused political, cultural, and economic commentary as an on-air contributor at SiriusXM, and is a Nike Brand Ambassador as an inclusion activist for LGBTQ+ representation in sport.  

He is an advisor and investor in CultureGenesis and Pocstock—two companies committed to increasing visibility and profitability for creators of color. He holds degrees from Morehouse College and Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He is also the author of a monthly LinkedIn newsletter, The Black Guy In Marketing, where he offers career resources for professionals of color, women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community to help them successfully break through at work and beyond.
